Fans of different teams often fight with each other during cricket matches. However, some Indian fans fought with each other inside Arun Jaitley Stadium during the recent IND vs AFG match of ICC World Cup 2023.

India wrestled with Afghanistan in the previous match of the ICC World Cup 2023 on Wednesday. India also outplayed Afghanistan in the match by 8 wickets, winning their second consecutive match in the tournament.

A video is going viral on social media from the India vs Afghanistan match of ICC World Cup 2023. In the video, some Indian fans can be seen fighting with each other in the stand at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. The reason for the incident could not be ascertained.

However, some people were seen hitting each other in the video in the absence of security personnel. Have a look at the video below.

Meanwhile, India outplayed Afghanistan in the match by 8 wickets in the match. After winning the toss, Afghanistan opted to bat first in the match. Captain Hashmatullah Shahidi slammed a fabulous knock of 80 runs.

Azmatullah Omarzai also added a crucial 62 runs for the team. In the end, Afghanistan posted 272-8 on the scoreboard. For the men-in-blue, Jasprit Bumrah hunted 4 wickets while Hardik Pandya hunted 2 scalps.

During the chase, skipper Rohit Sharma led the attack from the front. Hitting 5 sixes and 16 boundaries, Sharma hit 131 runs off just 84 balls. Ishan Kishan also added 47 runs.

Later, Virat Kohli scored an unbeaten half-century to drive the team to the target. The men-in-blue grabbed victory in just 35 overs by 8 wickets. Sharma was adjudged the player of the match.

India will now face Pakistan in their next match of the ICC World Cup 2023. The encounter takes place on October 14 at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Afghanistan will face England in their next game on October 15.
