Former England captain Michael Vaughan took to Twitter during the second One-day International between India and England to lambast the Virat Kohli-led hosts for their review-taking skills.

Vaughan’s tweet came after India burned one of their two available reviews after they decided to challenge the on-field LBW decision given by Nitin Menon in favor of all-rounder Ben Stokes.

It all happened during the 4th ball of the 16th ball when Ben Stokes, playing his very first ball, decided to offer no shot to Kuldeep Yadav’s delivery.

The Indians went up straightaway but umpire Nitin Menon remained unmoved. India had dismissed Jason Roy via a brilliant piece of fielding by Rohit Sharma at short mid-wicket and so with the hope of landing back-to-back blows on the visitors, Kohli and co decided to go upstairs.

As it turned out, the review proved to be a bad one as ball tracking confirmed that the ball would have gone comfortably over the stumps.

Following the unsuccessful review, Michael Vaughan took to his official Twitter account where he labeled India’s review-taking skills as ‘rubbish’.

”India are rubbish at reviews … #Fact #INDvsENG”- wrote Michael Vaughan.
