India Pacer Renuka Singh Named ICC Emerging Women's Cricketer Of The Year

Indian Women’s Cricket Team bowler Renuka Singh was on a roll in the 2022 Calendar Year. The right-arm pacer took 18 wickets in the ODIs at a strike rate of 14.88 and with an economy of 4.62. Renuka was a part of the ODI Series triumph against England where India won the series by 2-1.
The speedster beat Australia’s Darcie Brown, England’s Alice Capsey, and her teammate Yastika Bhatia to become the Emerging Women’s Cricket of the Year. The 26-year-old fast bowler has become an inseparable part of the team in a short span of time.
