India Women crush England by 270 runs to create massive Test records
The match was already a special one because it was the first-ever women's Test match played at Lord's in the famous stadium's 142-year history. India made the occasion even more memorable by producing a brilliant all-round performance to crush England on their home ground.
India had set England a huge target of 457 runs. The hosts failed to cope with India's disciplined bowling attack and were eventually bowled out for 186 runs on the final day.
With this famous win, the India women created multiple records. It is now India’s second-biggest Test victory by runs and one of the biggest winning margins ever recorded in women's Test cricket. Amid this, Kris Srikkanth questions Shreyas Iyer over Vaibhav Sooryavanshi snub remarks.
