Fans on Twitter reacted after Rajasthan Royals (RR) continued their dominance in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 as they registered another impressive win. They defeated Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) by seven wickets at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow.

Lucknow Super Giants were asked to bat first and they were off to a poor start with the bat as they lost Quinton de Kock (8) and Marcus Stoinis early in the first two overs. However, after that skipper KL Rahul (76) and Deepak Hooda (50) brought the team back into the game with their magnificent batting.

The Rahul-Hooda duo added 115 runs for the third wicket and put the opposition under pressure. After that, Ayush Badoni (18*) and Krunal Pandya (15*) got some quick runs and helped Lucknow Super Giants post a fighting total on the board.

The home team ended with a total of 196/5. For Rajasthan, Sandeep Sharma was the pick of the bowlers with his figures of 2/31 whereas Trent Boult, Avesh Khan, and Ravichandran Ashwin picked on wicket each with the ball as they restricted the opposition to under 200, which has been a norm this season.

Rajasthan Royals in the chase was off to a decent start with the bat, thanks to Yashasvi Jaiswal (24) and Jos Buttler (34). They added 60 runs for the opening partnership but there was a twist in the take immediately after that.

Rajasthan Royals came under a bit of pressure as they lost a few quick wickets after that. But skipper Sanju Samson (71*) and Dhruv Jurel (52*) took the game away from Lucknow. They added unbeaten 121 runs and took their team to a comfortable seven-wicket win.
