Former Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir predicted that India would not win the T20 World Cup 2026 trophy. Amir was one of the biggest critics of the Indian cricket team throughout the tournament. In most of his predictions, he said that the Suryakumar Yadav-led team would conclude their title race without the trophy.

Shoaib Akhter looked absolutely frustrated

During a discussion panel, the former fast bowler looked utterly jealous to see Team India celebrating with the trophy. He compared the Indian cricket team to a rich kid of a locality, who invites the neighborhood only to win the tournament.

India won the Final with ease vs New Zealand

Talking about the match, India went to bat first and registered a humongous total of 255, in the expense of 5 wickets only.
