Middle-order batsmen and all-rounders: Tilak Varma, Suryakumar Yadav, Will Jacks, Naman Dhir, Hardik Pandya (c), Mitchell Santner

Mumbai Indians registered their fourth win of IPL 2025 as they were able to chase a middling target of 177 runs courtesy of an unbeaten partnership between Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar, who also scored an unbeaten half-century.

Surya was particularly severe against Ravindra Jadeja and Noor Ahmad as he made good use of the sweep shot to dispatch the ball towards the boundary against the duo in the middle overs, which helped MI chase the target with four overs to spare.

The MI vice-captain will look to carry the momentum of the innings he played in the last game and would like to put on a strong display of batting against SRH at their home ground in Hyderabad.

Mumbai Indians would want the likes of Hardik Pandya and Will Jacks to get a hit in the middle in the next match against SRH, all of whom have chipped in with crucial contributions in at least two of the three departments of the game for MI under pressure situations.

Bowlers: Deepak Chahar, Ashwani Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah, Trent Boult,

As far as Mumbai's fast bowling is concerned, the Hardik Pandya-led side would be elated by the performance of Trent Boult, Deepak Chahar, and Jasprit Bumrah in the last three games, as the trio has been able to get breakthroughs for the team in the powerplay and the final five overs.

Mumbai Indians captain Hardik Pandya has also chipped in with wickets at crucial moments for the team in the middle, which has helped the five-time champions in restricting the opposition to a below-par total.

MI's spin department is being handled by Mitchell Santner, who has been economical in the middle overs, being the only specialist spinner in the playing XI, and has done a decent job while bowling in the final five overs as well.

Santner has been well supported by Will Jacks, who picked up the crucial wicket of Ishan Kishan when the two teams met in Mumbai in the ongoing edition and will look to do the same on Wednesday.
