Former Indian head coach Ravi Shastri believes that Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni created a huge impact in the Indian Premier League (IPL) history. Ravi Shastri said that MS Dhoni received support from cricket fans across the country, which is testimony to the greatness of this cricketer.

MS Dhoni guided the franchise to their fifth title after beating the Gujarat Titans (GT) by five wickets through the DLS Method in the IPL final at the Narendra Modi Stadium on May 29. The CSK equaled the record of the Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians (MI), which won five trophies in the history of the tournament.
