England Cricket Team set a huge target of 394 runs for New Zealand. England continued their ultra-attacking approach where the team didn’t panic even after losing wickets. Joe Root, Harry Brook, and Ben Foakes smashed half-centuries. The visitors didn’t allow the Kiwis’ bowlers to settle.

In response to the 394-run target, veteran speedster Stuart Broad created havoc as he took 4 scalps and reduced New Zealand to 28-5 in 13.2 overs. The visitors have been on a roll where they have been quite ruthless. The team is no longer dependent on a particular individual which makes them a dangerous team.

New Zealand in Deep Trouble

The Black Caps have had a terrible start to the chase where England bowlers are bowling immaculate line & length. It would require a helluva of effort from the hosts as their star batters Tom Latham and former Test skipper Kane Williamson are back in the dugout which is a massive blow to the team. Skipper Tim Southee would be hoping that the batters play out the session without any more damage.

Head Coach Brendon McCullum would be delighted after seeing Stuart Broad getting back to his best after missing Pakistan Test Series. The McCullum & Stokes era has been quite fruitful for the England fans where they are yet to lose a Test Series and have displayed never to say die attitude. It won’t be wrong to say that the visitors have revolutionized Test Cricket with an attacking brand of cricket.
