The PAK vs ENG 2nd T20I will be played in Edgbaston, Birmingham, on Saturday, May 25. The match starts at 7 pm IST which is 2.30 pm local time. There is a slight rain threat in this game as well.
PAK vs ENG Team Analysis
England
England is led by Jos Buttler in the series. His team is the defending champions of the T2 World Cup. He along with his fellow England teammates had to return back from the IPL due to this series.
Jofra Archer is back in this England set as is Mark Wood, Adil Rashid, Reece Topley, and Harry Brook. Archer's return is the biggest positive for England after he missed the ODI World Cup due to his long-standing elbow injury. England's T20 World Cup squad almost resembles this squad.

Pakistan
Pakistan is led by Babar Azam. The Men in Green are yet to announce their squad for the T20 World Cup. Pakistan won against Ireland heading into this series under Babar's leadership. However, Pakistan does not boast a good record against England in T20Is winning just nine out of the 30 games. The previous match was a washout.
Haris Rauf and Azam Khan missed the T20I series against New Zealand recently. Hasan Ali is also recalled into the squad as is Salman Ali Agha. Mohammad Amir and Imad Wasim who broke their international retirements to play in the World Cup were also a part of the squad.
PAK vs ENG Key Factors
Pitch Conditions
Edgbaston has hosted 26 T20I games with 17 of them won by the team batting first and just nine chasing. The average first innings score is just above 150. However, this match starts at 2.30 pm local time, and if there is no rain the team batting first will fancy setting up a big score.
Form and Fitness
The form of several England batters is decent after their good stint in the IPL. Phil Salt and Buttler are the batters to watch out for from the England camp.
Pakistan heavily relies on Babar Aam and Mohammad Rizwan to give them good starts and once again they will depend heavily on them. Given the conditions, Pakistan's bowling attack is on par with England. There are no injury concerns in either camp. Players are returning after recovering from injuries as well.
Tactical Acumen
Both are seasoned and experienced captains. Buttler will know that Pakistan does not have a good record against England in T20Is and not playing in England either. He will have his strategies ready for the game.

England have won 19 out of the 30 games played against Pakistan in T20I cricket. Having achieved success against them in Pakistan and then in the T20 World Cup, England will be confident of beating the Men in Green in their own backyard. England is likely to win the match and the series.
Conclusion
The series comes at the right time for both these teams. The games will be a good dress rehearsal for both teams. The first game was abandoned due to rain. They will hope the rain stays away in the remaining games.
