Pakistan Cricket Team got a reality check in the 6th T20I match. England had chased down the target of 170 runs inside 15 overs which raised a lot of eyebrows over the Pakistan Cricket Team. The hosts were badly thrashed by Phil Salt who scored a blistering knock of 88 runs in 41 balls which included 13 fours and 3 sixes.
England Cricket Team would be pumped up as this time they didn’t fail to chase down the target. The visitors were unable to chase decent targets in the 4th & 5th T20I match which raised a lot of questions over their batting lineup. The series is now squared by 3-3 where England would be a happier side going into the decider.
Shaun Tait in Press Conference
Pakistan bowling Coach Shaun Tait was sent to attend the post-match conference after a humiliating loss and was asked about the match. All of a sudden Tait made a remark which was quite odd.
“When we lose badly… they send me when we get beaten badly,” said Tait. Then PCB media manager switched off the microphone which was the need of the hour as such statements are bound to create stories.
“They just attacked us. They came out attacking, every ball they tried to hit a boundary. It worked for the first three overs and, in some way, it put our bowlers off guard a little bit. We didn’t do a lot wrong and it was just great batting. Sometimes you have got to give it to the batting team,” he said to reporters after some time.

Wake Up Call for Pakistan
The Men in Green were riding high on confidence after their two back-to-back victories. The hosts would be disappointed not because of the loss but the way they got defeated. The statements from Shaun Tait and he coming into the post-match press conference say that the things in the dressing room are not good.
It would be interesting to see how Pakistan bounce back after this defeat as we have seen ‘n’ times how Pakistan throw in a surprise. England would be aware that one bad game can spoil all their hard work as winning a T20I Series in Pakistan would be quite special and a big achievement.
