Recently, Virat and Ishant stole the show at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium with their friendly banter during a crucial IPL 2024 clash between RCB and DC, showcasing their heartwarming camaraderie. Well, the camaraderie between the Delhi mates took a playful turn, as Kohli managed to hit Ishant for a boundary and a six during the important match. Amidst the action, the duo was involved in light-hearted sledging.
After hitting the boundary off Ishan’s delivery, the RCB batter went up to the DC pacer and asked him to take a slip for the next ball, as there was no one at first to stop the ball from going for the boundary.
Then, Kohli hit Ishant for a no-look six over deep wicket. However, Ishant had the last laugh as he ultimately dismissed Kohli for 27 off 13 balls. It was Ishant’s turn to poke fun at Kohli, as he gave a friendly shoulder tug to the RCB star, who couldn't help but smile while walking away with a wry smile and head bowed.
