Here's the post:

Rinku Singh has been an integral part of Kolkata Knight Riders since 2018

Rinku Singh has been an integral part of Kolkata Knight Riders since 2018. The left-hander was acquired by the franchise for Rs 80 lakh in the mega-auction, but he didn't get to play many games that season as he played just 4 matches. In 2019, he played just 5 games, while he featured in one game in 2020.

Rinku Singh was benched for the entire season in 2021 before the franchise brought him Rs 55 lakh in the IPL 2022 mega auction. The batter played 7 games in that season and showed glimpses of what he could do and then, in 2023, became a permanent member of the team.

Rinku Singh hogged the limelight in 2023 when he slammed Yash Dayal for five sixes to win a game for Kolkata Knight Riders in the last over. The India batter also played a massive role for the team in their title-winning triumph in 2024, where the franchise was on under the leadership of Shreyas Iyer.

Ahead of the IPL 2025, Rinku Singh was one of the top retentions for the Kolkata Knight Riders. He got a deal of INR 13 crore. The batter had a slow start to the season and he would be keen to make a massive impact for the team as the season processes.

The Carribean duo is followed by current Team India head coach Gautam Gambhir, who played 108 matches for KKR. Yusuf Pathan, with 106 appearances, and Nitish Rana, with 90 games, are also on the list.
