RR vs MI: Watch - Lasith Malinga presents special jersey to Hardik Pandya on milestone 100th game for Mumbai Indians

The game between Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians on Monday (April 22) in the ongoing IPL 2024 was a special one for Hardik Pandya.

The game was Hardik Pandya's 100 match for Mumbai Indians in the IPL. The allrounder began his journey in the IPL in 2015 with Mumbai Indians. He became an integral member of the team soon and went on to help Mumbai Indians win the title in his first season with the franchise.

Hardik Pandya helped Mumbai Indians win the title in 2017, 2019 and 2020 as well. Ahead of the 2022 season, Mumbai Indians parted ways with the allrounder and he joined Gujarat Titans. Hardik Pandya enjoyed two very successful seasons with the Gujarat-based outfit before sealing a sensational return to Mumbai.

He celebrated a special milestone in his journey with Mumbai Indians on Monday and the franchise also came up with a special gesture for him. Before the start of the second innings, Mumbai Indians bowling coach Lasith Malinga gifted a special jersey to the captain. The jersey had the number 100 written on its back.
