All-rounder James Neesham from New Zealand and famous batsman and former captain Brendon McCullum seem to get along well.
Since taking over as England’s head coach a year ago, the former New Zealand captain has changed the team’s strategy for playing Test cricket.

They have won an astonishing nine out of ten Test matches so far under his leadership thanks to his ideology of ultra-attacking cricket, also known as “BazBall.” Many people think Brendon McCullum has given the red-ball team a brave kind of cricket, which is what prompted James Neesham to post a funny tweet.
Moeen Ali, an all-arounder, had already retired from Test cricket, but there were rumors that after McCullum tried to persuade him, he was thinking about going back to the longest format.

“What have you done”: James Neesham
James Neesham started a friendly conversation with Brendon McCullum after witnessing Ali attempt a spectacular one-handed reverse sweep against South Africa in the third ODI on Wednesday.
This is what James Neesham tweeted: “Hahahahaha what have you done @Bazmccullum ?!?!”

Although the Bazball tactic has brilliantly served England in Test cricket, it does not function as well in ODI cricket. Since England has recently lost its 50-over series against India, Australia, and now the Proteas, Matthew Mott has struggled to find the same consistency in the ODI team.
Since Eoin Morgan’s departure, the defending champions have struggled in the one-day format. Even after the highs of the T20 World Cup victory, Australia swept England in the ODI series.
Despite winning the third One Day International against South Africa, they dropped the series 2-1. If England wants to successfully defend their World Cup title later this year, they will be aware that they have a lot to consider.
