Captain Shubman Gill did not look too impressed with Kuldeep Yadav after the latter's mistake cost Team India one run in the ongoing third ODI against Australia at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
The incident took place in the 28th over when Kuldeep Yadav was bowling to Matt Renshaw. On the second ball of the over, the left-arm spinner bowled a flighted delivery on the off stump. The Australian batsman hit the ball towards the bowler.

However, Kuldeep Yadav failed to stop the ball and allowed the Australian batters to steal a quick single.
And as soon as Kuldeep fumbled, Shubman Gill walked towards him and was seen saying something to him in an animated fashion. Both teammates were then seen having a brief chat before Kuldeep resumed bowling.

Talking about Kuldeep Yadav's performance in the ongoing game, he conceded 45 runs in his first 6 overs without taking a wicket.
The spinner was benched for the first two matches of the series before being recalled to the playing eleven for the third match. Kuldeep will be keen to make an impact in his remaining overs to justify the team management's call.
Meanwhile, Australia were on 191/4 in the 36th over at the time of writing this report. Renshaw was batting on 55 while Cooper Connolly was unbeaten on 5. With almost 15 overs remaining in the match, Australia will be eyeing a 300-plus total.
India fight back after Australia's flying start
Earlier in the match, Mitchell Marsh and Travis Head gave Australia a strong start by adding 61 runs for the first wicket. Mohammed Siraj broke the stand by dismissing Head for 29 runs.
It was followed by a 27-run stand between Marsh and Matt Short before the former was clean bowled by Axar Patel for 41. Short got the start too, but failed to convert it into a big score and departed for 30 after Virat Kohli took a stunning catch. Alex Carey threw away a good start as well and was dismissed by Harshit Rana for 24 runs.
