Sunrisers Hyderabad has nominated their full list of retained players for IPL Auction 2025. BCCI has set a deadline of October 31 for all franchises to submit their list of retained players for IPL Auction 2025.

According to retention rules for IPL Auction 2025, each team can retain a total of 6 players in their squads, out of which, there can be 5 capped members and 2 uncapped members maximum.

Also, the price for the uncapped members is fixed at Rs. 4 crores. However, the capped players can be retained for a maximum of Rs. 18 crores. The total expenditure should not exceed Rs. 75 crore out of Rs. 120 crore- the total salary purse for each franchise in IPL 2025.

Sunrisers Hyderabad ended as runners-up last season

Sunrisers Hyderabad had a new skipper Pat Cummins last season and they showcased a wonderful form to reach the final. They were among the most dominating batting side and won 8 games and lost 5 to reach the playoffs.

Later, they lost the Qualifier 1 match to Kolkata Knight Riders but bounced back with a win against Rajasthan Royals in the Qualifier 2. In the end, SRH lost the final to KKR and finished as runners-up.

Travis Head rocked with the bat for SRH last season

Notably, Travis Head was a stunning performer for the side last season and shattered 567 runs in 15 games with 1 ton and 4 half-centuries. Abhishek Sharma slammed 484 runs off 16 games while Heinrich Klaasen added 479 runs.

In the bowling, T Natajaran grabbed the most 19 wickets for the team, followed by Pat Cummins with 18 scalps. Bhuvneshwar Kumar was next on the list with 11 wickets. Notably, SRH also broke the record for most runs by a team in IPL history twice.
