Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) batsman Virat Kohli shared a heartwarming moment with Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) captain Pat Cummins. The interaction between the two players went viral across social media platforms before the mouth-watering clash between SRH and RCB.
The Pat Cummins-led team will face the Bengaluru team at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Thursday, April 25. SRH set a record-breaking score of 287/3 during their previous match against RCB, marking the highest-ever total in the history of the tournament.
The Faf du Plessis-led team managed to score 262 runs for the loss of seven wickets during the run chase. The two teams collectively scored a record-breaking total of 549 runs in the match. The RCB team will be hoping for an improved bowling performance in the upcoming match.
The Bengaluru-based team suffered a narrow one-run loss in a 223-run chase against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the previous game. Sunrisers Hyderabad, on the other hand, registered a massive 67-run victory against the Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.

Ahead of the intense match, RCB posted a video interaction between Virat Kohli and Pat Cummins on its social media account. The two players engaged in light-hearted banter during a practice session. The SRH captain walked up to Kohli, who was sitting on the ground after training.
Cummins stated that the RCB coach thought he was making the pitch look flat. Kohli praised the Australian pacer for his abilities, stating, "You are too good, Pat."
"The coach was saying I was making that wicket look flat. That's all I heard," Cummins said.
"You are too good Pat," Kohli responded.
