Former India wicketkeeper Dinesh Karthik built the best batter and bowler out of some of the legendary cricket players of all time. Karthik used the trademark shots and skills of these legendary players to build the best batter and bowler respectively.

In the segment, Karthik picked up the best shots of Virat Kohli, Marcus Trescothick, Sachin Tendulkar, Vivian Richards, Rohit Sharma, and Eoin Morgan to build his best batter.

On the bowling front, he picked up the skills of Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammad Asif, Jasprit Bumrah, Lasith Malinga, Shoaib Akhtar, Glenn McGrath, and Brett Lee to form his best bowler.

During a segment on Cricbuzz, Dinesh Karthik picked Virat Kohli for the best cover drive and Marcus Trescothick for the best cut shot. When asked about the straight drive, he was absolutely clear in his mind to choose Sachin Tendulkar.

There was a slight confusion about the flick shot between Ricky Ponting and Sir Vivian Richards but Karthik picked Vivian Richards in the end. The 39-year-old picked Rohit Sharma for the pull shot while he chose Eoin Morgan for the reverse sweep.

The former RCB wicketkeeper-batter chose David Warner's celebration as the best for a batter and said, "I really loved that celebration. Not that he did against me but that's the celebration I really enjoyed."

Out of these players, only Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are playing currently. Kohli arguably plays the most eye-catching cover drive while Rohit's pull shots are a treat to watch as well.

Dinesh Karthik also picked the best skills of particular bowlers to build a perfect bowler. In terms of swing, he picked Bhuvneshwar Kumar while he picked Mohammad Asif as the best seam bowler.

There was a doubt regarding the yorkers but Karthik was quite clear and picked Jasprit Bumrah who has the best yorker. He picked former Pakistan quick Shoaib Akhtar as the fastest bowler.

While Karthik did not pick Malinga for the best yorker, he picked his skill of bowling bouncers. The 39-year-old finds Malinga's bouncers tough to face and says, "I used to hate facing Lasith Malinga's bouncer. It didn't bounce enough and it seemed like it will come bang into your head. It was really hard to play."

The former India wicketkeeper chose Glenn McGrath as the bowler who bowls the best off-cutter and reckoned that Brett Lee's celebration was the best. It would make a perfect bowler by combining all these god-gifted skills.

Only Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar are the current active players among these bowlers. While Bumrah is the spearhead of India's bowling attack, Bhuvneshwar Kumar is running out of the team because of a massive dip in form.
