An interesting moment caught the attention of many cricket fans when an on-field umpire checked Agha Salman’s arms and wrists during the Australia vs Pakistan 1st Test in Perth. Umpires were concerned with Agha Salman wearing something on his wrist. However, it was just a wristband.
Australia and Pakistan are facing each other in the 1st Test of the ongoing three-match Test series. The AUS vs PAK 1st Test is taking place at Perth Cricket Stadium. Pat Cummins leads Australia while Shan Masood leads Pakistan in the match.

During the third session on Day 1 of AUS vs PAK 1st Test, on-field umpires got concerned with Pakistan all-rounder Agha Salman. The umpires confronted him twice for hiding something in his sleeves.
Notably, when Steve Smith got out and Pakistan players were celebrating his wicket, the umpire asked Agha Salman to show his wrists. He rolled up his sleeves to show he was just wearing a wristband. Pakistan skipper Shan Masood came out in his teammates’ support over the incident. The video of the moment was caught on camera. Have a look at the video below.

The event also got the attention of commentators Kerry O’Keeffe and Mark Howard.
Kerry O’Keeffe said, “There’s a discussion going on out there. Do we know that what that’s about?” Commentator Mark Howard responded: “There’s concern about the wristband. Warner said don’t worry about it. play on.”
Meanwhile, Australia sent Pakistan on the backfoot after posting a gigantic total of 487-10 in 1st innings of the match. With David Warner’s stupendous ton of 164 and Mitchell Marsh’s 90 runs, Australia got a magnificent start to the match in 1st innings.

Pakistan pacer Aamer Jamal bowled a brilliant spell by picking 6 wickets for 111 runs. While batting, Pakistan piled up 132-2 at the stumps of Day 2 to trail by 355 runs. Pakistan lost opener Abdullah Shafique for 42 runs and skipper Shan Masood for 30 runs before the end of the day’s play. Spinner Nathan Lyon dismissed Shafique while Mitchell Starc stunned Masood with an edge to the wicketkeeper in the final session.
