Indian skipper Ajinkya Rahane won the hearts of a million fans with his gesture towards Ravindra Jadeja after being run out on Day 3 of the Boxing Day Test. Rahane smashed a scintillating ton on Day 2 of the Test match. His gritty knock helped India gain a decent lead of 131 runs over Australia.
Australia won the toss and elected to bat first. The Indian bowlers wreaked havoc in the first innings and dismissed the entire Aussie batting line up on just 195 runs. In response, the Indian Cricket Team came up with a fighting answer. The Indian batsmen, especially Ajinkya Rahane and Ravindra Jadeja, laid a solid foundation for the team.

As team India progressed the proceedings from 277/6 on Day 3, Indian skipper Ajinkya Rahane and Ravindra Jadeja kept on the attack. However, a massive moment in the game arose when they both were involved in a runout. Unfortunately, Rahane had to throw his wicket away. As soon as the third umpire displayed out on the big screen, Ravindra Jadeja showed his dissent.
However, Ajinkya Rahane showed a very positive sign and consoled Jadeja. As soon as the incident occurred, fans on the internet were elated. Jadeja then completed his half-century. Team India progressed the scoreboard and reached a total of 326 runs. The Australian bowlers cleaned the Indian tail in quick succession.

Team India Are In Driving Seat In The Boxing Day Test
The Indian Cricket Team are in commanding position in the Boxing Day Test. In the third innings, the Men in Blue have once again gone in the driving seat. Ajinkya Rahane is leading India magnificently as the Australian batting has been devastated. The Aussies have managed to score just 123 runs for the loss of 6 wickets until this report was written.
The Indian bowlers troubled the Aussies batsmen once again. Umesh Yadav picked Joe Burns early in the innings. R Ashwin plucked the dangerous Marnus Labuschagne. Jasprit Bumrah got the better of Australian maverick Steve Smith. Mohammed Siraj then took away Travis Head. Ravindra Jadeja got the better of Matthew Wade and Tim Paine.
