The credit goes to the coach and captain for creating a great environment - Prabhsimran Singh
Punjab Kings batter Prabhsimran Singh, who slammed a fifty, talked about his partnership and said that he wanted to take his time, and his partner took time. He also talked about how the coach and captain have created a happy environment. He added:
"Both of us (himself and Priyansh Arya) have been batting well. The wicket was a bit slow today so I decided to take my time while he took his chances. Today I took the responsibility after he got out early. We were told before the season that we would be opening the batting together.
"Wasn't too concerned about the asking rate, Shreyas (Iyer) was also at the crease and batting well. I know that even if I hit 35-40 runs it is good for the team if it is in a winning cause. I want to keep going when I get starts. The credit goes to the coach and captain for creating a great environment."
