The young Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi did the unthinkable in the match against the Mumbai Indians (MI) on Sunday, April 27, as he smashed the premier pacer Jasprit Bumrah for a six.
Ravi Bishnoi was absolutely delighted after hitting the world's best bowler a maximum, and he pulled off a wild celebration while looking at Jasprit Bumrah.

LSG star Ravi Bishnoi contributed 13 runs in the chase
Lucknow Super Giants got a target of 216 runs to chase in the 45th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
They started off poorly, losing Aiden Markram in the third over itself. From thereon, they kept losing wickets at regular intervals, and despite decent contributions from Nicholas Pooran, Ayush Badoni, and David Miller, they faced a 54-run loss.
However, Ravi Bishnoi made sure to provide some entertainment in the innings with his batting. He walked in to bat in the 16th over after the dismissal of David Miller.
He tried to extend his stay in the middle and scored 13 runs off 14 balls, with two sixes. The first six he hit was against Corbin Bosch and his second six came against the modern-day great Jasprit Bumrah.
On the last ball of the 18th over, Jasprit Bumrah bowled a length ball to Ravi Bishnoi, who deposited it into the stands over long-on for a six.
After hitting the six, he was seen celebrating aggressively while looking at Jasprit Bumrah, and the Lucknow Super Giants captain Rishabh Pant and mentor Zaheer Khan were in disbelief, sitting in the dugout.

It's always a tough game, home or away - Aiden Markram
Speaking ahead of the match, the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) star batsman Aiden Markram said that opening the innings with Mitchell Marsh has been great for him. He elaborated:
"Yeah, it's been good. Obviously, a great guy to open the batting with. Big and strong and clears the ropes at will. Pretty nice to stand at the other end and have a front row seat. Off the field, we are getting on really well and spending some time together.
"It's quite odd to tell what it was. I believe nowadays, you have to keep up with the trends of the game. It was like I was falling behind little bit. Training some options and executing those in the middle. Sometimes, it works, sometimes it won't. But you have to get on with the game. Different role for me now up the order. I'm just trying to make the most of it."
Aiden Markram added that playing any game against the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League - home or away - is quite tough. He said:
"Its been good. It's been a nice change. It's always nice to open the batting in white-ball cricket. Do it with the red ball, it's slightly different these days than in white-ball cricket. So, it's a nice change and I have enjoyed it.
"It's always a tough game, home or away. Even more so playing them here at their home ground. So, a lot of focus on ourselves and what we need to do in order to win the game and not getting caught up in what players they have and their strengths. Something we look forward to. It's the game that you want to win when maybe the odds are against you. So, looking forward to it."
