Pakistan National Cricket Team spinner Sajid Khan made a hilarious revelation about how he, along with Saud Shakeel, fooled England bowlers Rehan Ahmed and Saud Shakeel. He said that they communicated falsely so that the opposition didn't know their plans.

Sajid Khan has turned into a game-changer for the Pakistan National Cricket Team in the ongoing Test series against the England National Cricket Team. The spinner, since the last two games, has been top-notch with the ball and was one of the main reasons his team won the first match.

Sajid Khan shinning with the ball for Pakistan

Sajid picked 9 wickets in the second game and helped Pakistan win the Test at home after 1300-plus days. He has now made sure that he carries forward a similar kind of effort in the ongoing third game of the series, which is underway at the Rawalpindi International Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi.

Sajid yet again spun the web around the England batters and picked 6 wickets in the first innings. He ensured that he helped his team end the opposition's innings early as he seemed to be unplayable, making batters dance to his tunes with his bounce and turn.

If this was not enough, Sajid then contributed to his team with the bat as well. The spinner played a handy knock for his team, and this ensured that the Pakistan National Cricket Team got a first-innings lead. He played a vital knock of unbeaten 48 runs and took his team past 340 runs.

Sajid shared a massive 72 runs partnership with Saud Shakeel, who slammed a terrific century. Their partnership ensured that the Pakistan National Cricket Team took command of the game as they took on spinners and slammed them in all corners of the park.

He was just trying to fool the bowlers because Rehan and Shoaib understand Urdu - Sajid Khan on Saud Shakeel

After the end of the day's play, Sajid Khan was asked by a presenter, "We heard Saud bhai on stump mic saying watch 1-2 balls then do as you wish.”

Replying to this, Sajid Khan mentioned that he was trying to fool the bowlers because Rehan Ahmed and Shoaib Bashir understand Urdu. He revealed how he, along with Saud Shakeel, made a plan to say that they would take singles, but they would actually hit a six. He said:

“He was just trying to fool the bowlers because Rehan and Shoaib understand Urdu. So we (loudly) said we’ll go for ones and twos. Then they flighted the ball, and the message was to go for hits fully, not half-heartedly.”

Pakistan are surely in the driver's seat and are on the verge of winning the series, having won the second game in Multan. England are trailing by 53 runs but Joe Root and Harry Brook are on the crease for them and would be keen to make an impact and set target for the opposition.
