Ambati Rayudu to Lead HCA XI in Moin-Ud-Dowlah Tournament

In major cricket news, the annual Moin-Ud-Dowlah cricket tournament is all set to take place in September and Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) have announced the squads that will participate in the tournament.

One of the big names to take part is India batsman Ambati Rayudu who will lead the HCA XI in the tournament to be held from August 21st to 30th.

The tournament is organized by the HCA and the matches to be held in Hyderabad and Secunderabad with the final to take place at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.

Ambati Rayudu who made his international debut in 2013 against Zimbabwe has been unable to secure his berth in the squad and will be looking forward to performing well. The tournament comes at the right time for Rayudu, as it will help him prepare for the upcoming domestic season which begins in October.

Ambati Rayudu (C), CV Milind, Akshath Reddy, Tanmay Agarwal, Rohith Rayudu, N Thaukr Tilak Verma, B Sandeep, Ashish Reddy, Akash Bhandari, Mehdi Hasan, Md Siraj, M Ravi Kiran, K Sumanth, Md Muddasir, Saketh Sairam and Bhagath Varma.

The Squad (HCA President XI) –

Amol Shinde (C ), Yatin Reddy, Shashidhar Reddy, B Rahul. Chandan Shahani, Mir Jaweed Ali, Rohit Reddy, Neeraj Bist, P Praneeth Reddy, Karthik Kak, Tanay Tyagarajan, Sudeep Tyagi, Hitesh Yadav, Omer Khan, M Radha Krishna and Vamshi Vardhan Reddy.
