However, the reserve players will get a cash benefit of INR 7.5 lakh per match.

Meanwhile, head coach Ravi Shastri and his team, which includes batting coach Sanjay Bangar and bowling coach Bharat Arun, will receive INR 25 lakh each. The board has also said that the non-coaching support staff will receive bonuses equivalent to their pro-rata salary or professional fee.

India creates history in Australia

After 71 years and 12 attempts, Indian National Cricket team have finally managed to win a Test series Down Under. After going down in the Perth Test, India bounced back at Melbourne to take an unassailable lead of 2-1 in the Border Gavaskar series. Although they dominated the proceeding in the Sydney, rain prevented them from winning another Test.

Electing to bat first, India rode on to big centuries from Cheteshwar Pujara and Rishabh Pant to post 622 for seven before declaring. The bowlers, who have done an important job so far, once again produced a brilliant effort to back their batsmen. Kuldeep Yadav, who missed the first three Test in Australia, took five wickets to rattle the hosts for 300. Skipper Virat Kohli did enforce a follow-on but the umpires had to call off the play due to bad light, and it didn’t resume thereafter.

The Indian National Cricket team have finally managed to win a series overseas after going down fighting in South Africa and England.
