Popular Bollywood actor Salman Khan is good friends with former Indian cricket team skipper MS Dhoni and has often praised the way he has redefined Indian cricket.

Meanwhile, Dhoni attended Salman’s birthday party last year. Dhoni also made it a point to visit Salman’s place after attending Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma’s reception on the same day.

Prior to that, Salman invited Dhoni for a special screening of his movie Sultan. Dhoni obliged and attended the screening with his wife, Sakshi Dhoni. However, now, the veteran actor has expressed his admiration for the India wicket-keeper batsman.

Salman is currently hosting the second installment of the popular show, ‘Dus Ka Dum’. In a recent episode, one of the questions asked by Salman on the show was about the Indian captains. He asked the contestant to guess what percentage of the Indian population feel that MS Dhoni has been the best Indian captain.

What percentage of Indians believe that in comparison to Kapil Dev, Sourav Ganguly, and Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni has been the best captain for the Indian cricket team so far?” Salman asked.

Later, the famous actor justified his preference for Dhoni saying that his father is also a big MS Dhoni fan. They love Dhoni for the reason that he is a very cool and composed person. He does not believe in any wild celebration and maintains the dignity on the field. Salman looked in total awe of the wicketkeeper-batsman.
