Former Pakistan allrounder Abdul Razzaq has offered to help India allrounder Hardik Pandya. The India star might be regarded as one of the cleanest hitters of the game but for Abdul Razzaq, there is still a lot of scope for improvement in his game. Pandya has been making the news for all the right reasons ever since starring for Mumbai Indians in this year’s Indian Premier League.

In the IPL, he scored 402 runs in 16 games at a strike-rate of over 191. He was also impressive with the ball, picking up 14 wickets as Mumbai Indians won the title. Pandya’s form in the World Cup has not been that good but he has made contributions whenever the team needed it from him. He has picked up 5 wickets thus far in addition to playing some fine cameos with the bat.

But Abdul Razzaq feels Pandya needs to improve as a batsman. The former Pakistan star posted a clip, saying that he watched Pandya bat for the first time when India played against West Indies on Thursday. Abdul Razzaq also boldly claimed that he can make Pandya the best allrounder in the world by working with him for just two weeks.

“Today I watched the game between India and West Indies and saw Hardik Pandya bat for the first time. There were too many faults in his batting. If I spend two weeks with him, I can hopefully make him the best hitter and allrounder in the world,” said Abdul Razzaq. He also said that he is ready to work with Pandya if BCCI gives him the permission for the same.

Here is the clip where Abdul Razzaq talked about Hardik Pandya:

Abdul Razzaq is one of the best allrounders to have played for Pakistan. He represented Pakistan in over 300 games across format, scoring over 7,000 runs in addition to picking up 389 wickets.
