U19 World Cup: Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajinkya Rahane Wish Good Luck To India U19 Ahead Of Final

Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajinkya Rahane, Vijay Shankar and Wriddhiman Saha have showered blessings on the India U19 Team led by Priyam Garg ahead of their marquee clash with Bangladesh in the ongoing Under 19 2020 World Cup in Potchefstroom. While India will be looking for their record-extending fifth World Cup title, whereas, Bangladesh will be eyeing their maiden glory in the tournament’s 32-year-old history.
The India U-19 cricket team has been on a superb run in the tournament having won all their five matches so far–to reach a third straight final.
India reached their record-extending seventh U19 World Cup final by defeating familiar rivals Pakistan by 10 wickets — first time ever achieved by a team in a knockout round.
On the other hand, Bangladesh registered their maiden appearance in an ICC final for the first time as they defeated New Zealand by six wickets in the second Super League semi-final.

BCCI posted a video on their official Twitter handle with the members of the senior team wishing the youths good luck for the upcoming Final.

BCCI captioned the video — “Wishes galore all the way from New Zealand for the U19 team ahead of the #U19CWC final. #TeamIndia”
“Would just like to tell you guys to keep following the same process, don’t take any extra pressure for the final. Just keep playing your natural game and I’m sure that you guys will bring home the cup,” said Pujara.

“Play the way you have been playing guys. We all are supporting you and the whole nation is behind you,” Rahane stated.
“It’s a big occasion and just try and enjoy. Good luck guys” said Shankar. “Keep dominating the way you always have been,” said Saha.
On Sunday, the India U19 side will look to retaining their World Cup crown when they play tournament underdogs Bangladesh in the final.
