Cricket Australia XI vs India 2018: Watch Umesh Yadav Slips in his Bowling Action

It wasn’t a start that India’s fast bowler Umesh Yadav would have thought of. India’s pacer slipped while been in his delivery stride. Yadav right-leg didn’t land properly and he could not deliver the ball. Thankfully, there was no injury concern for Umesh Yadav. In fact, Yadav could have twisted his ankle, which would have a big blow for India. However, Yadav got back to his feet, inspected where he slipped and got back to his bowling mark to bowl again.
Meanwhile, the incident happened when Umesh Yadav came to bowl his first delivery. India is playing a four-day warm-up match against Cricket Australia at Sydney Cricket Ground.
Umesh could not land his right foot properly.
On the other hand, the visitors made 358 runs in their first innings. There were five half-centurion for the Indian team as Prithvi Shaw, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli, Hanuma Vihari and Ajinkya Rahane all got themselves on the board. Meanwhile, India’s limited over deputy Rohit Sharma was able to get 40 runs under his belt.

However, India’s tail could not wag around as Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohammad Shami and Umesh Yadav didn’t trouble the scorers.
KL Rahul wasn’t able to hit the ground running as the flamboyant right-hander could only score three runs. The talented batsman Prithvi Shaw top-scored for India as the prodigy right-hander scored a fine 66 off just 69 balls. Thus, it was a perfect audition for the young batsman for the first Test match.

The first Test match will take place at Adelaide from December 6. Indian bowlers have been right on the money in the recent past and would like to continue with their good work. However, India will require a collective batting effort from their batters.
