Twitter Mourns As Veteran Australian Cricketer Dean Jones Passes Away Due To A Sudden Heart Attack

As the entire cricket world was busy celebrating the extravagant festival of cricket, the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020), shock waves were sent in the cricketing world when the news of Dean Jones’ death arose all of a sudden.
Veteran Australian cricketer and commentator Dean Jones has suddenly passed away due to a cardiac arrest in Mumbai. Jones was part of the Star Sports commentary team and was in a bio-secure bubble in a seven-star hotel in Mumbai. He was 59.
Jones has played a total of 52 Test matches and scored 3631 runs at an average of 46.55. He also represented Australia in a total of 164 ODIs and scored 6008 runs at an average of 44.61. Jones also has a double century to his name in Test cricket and was among the first players to represent Australia in the limited-overs cricket.
