ENG vs IND 2018: Cricketers Reacts to Kuldeep Yadav Heroics With the Ball

India’s chinaman spinner Kuldeep Yadav is having a dream time in England. Kuldeep scalped six wickets for just 25 runs in the first One-Dayer to help India in restricting England to 268 runs. Thus, he was able to continue his domination over the England batsmen.

Meanwhile, England had got off to a good start when their openers put together an alliance of 73 runs. Furthermore, both Roy and Bairstow had given a quick start to their side. Thus, a wicket was the need for the hour for the tourists. In fact, Kuldeep was able to take three wickets in his first spell.

Thus, Kuldeep continued to breathe down the neck of the English batsmen. Moreover, Kuldeep scalped the best figures by any southpaw spinner.

Kuldeep was too strong for the English batsmen as the hosts have failed to pick him. The chinaman was once again right on the money with his variations as he continued his fine form.

Meanwhile, India was able to cruise to comfortable win of eight wickets and with almost 10 overs remaining in the bag. Rohit Sharma played a blistering inning as he once again looked at ease with his timing. The Indian deputy had scored a fine hundred in the final T20I. Therefore, he was able to carry forward his good form in the first One-Dayer.

On the other hand, Shikhar Dhawan also provided a quick start to the team. However, the southpaw batsman failed to keep going. Furthermore, Indian skipper Virat Kohli continued to produce runs as he played some delightful cover drives in his 75-run knock.

India was able to go 1-0 up in the three-match series. Therefore, tourists will look to take an impregnable lead in the series. India will lock horns with the Eoin Morgan-led team in the second ODI tomorrow.
