Hardik Pandya has once again returned to the practice session at the Wankhede Stadium with team India. Recently, the star all-rounder failed to secure a spot in the India A squad that recently left for New Zealand. The ace allrounder’s rehabilitation programme is taking longer than expected and thus he was pulled out of the squad. He was a part of the India A squad for the one-day games.

Hardik Pandya has not played a competitive game since September last year due to an injury in his lower back. He underwent a surgery in October and has been recovering since then. He, however, is expected to return to action very soon.

Well, Hardik Pandya finally joined Team India on Monday albeit for a different reason. He joined the team in Mumbai to take part in a training session. He was initially seen practicing of hitting the wickets along with Captain Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah. Later on, he was seen bowling in the nets under the guidance of bowling coach, Bharat Arun.

Team India are currently preparing for the upcoming three-match ODI series against Australia. The series gets underway on Tuesday (January 14) in Mumbai. Both the teams are full strength and a cracking series is pretty much on the cards.
