England have lost only five series out of the 22 they have played and have looked invincible in this format. On the other hand, India have defeated South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand away from home. However, the recent snubbing against Australia raised doubts over their team combinations. However, they defeated Bangladesh in the last warm-up to fine tune their playing XI.

He also seemed happy with the brand of cricket England are playing recently. The players are not thinking about their failure as the management has backed the players really well. Pietersen who had a love-hate relationship with English Cricket Board said it is satisfying to see how the England players are playing now.

“Eoin Morgan has transformed them. I’m not surprised because I was sat on a train with him years ago, talking about the way we need to play positive cricket,” he concluded.
