Imran Tahir just cannot winning hearts with his incredible gestures in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. Things have not unfolded in an expected manner for the Chennai Super Kings veteran as far as getting a chance in the playing eleven is concerned but it has not stopped him from winning the fans over.

From carrying drinks to tweeting in Tamil after almost every CSK loss in the ongoing season, Imran Tahir has carved his own place in the fans’ hearts. And recently, he came up with yet another incredible gesture. On Friday, Rajasthan Royals posted a clip of Imran Tahir giving some valuable tips to their youngster Riyan Parag.

Following the game between CSK and Royals on Monday earlier this week, Imran Tahir took some time out and decided to give some valuable bowling tips to Riyan Parag. The Royals youngster was all ears and was listening like an obedient student while the South African star was teaching him.


Parag was working on his pace and Imran Tahir made sure Parag left the field with a valuable experience. By the time the video ended, Parag indeed showed some improvement and drew compliment from the CSK star.

Imran Tahir, nonetheless, finally played his first game of this season on Friday when CSK took on defending champions Mumbai Indians. However, it was a forgettable outing for last IPL’s highest wicket-taker as Mumbai crushed CSK by 10 wickets.

CSK only managed 114 for 9 in the allotted 20 overs. In reply, Mumbai chased down the total inside 13 overs without losing wickets. Ishan Kishan starred with the bat, scoring 68 off just 37 balls while his opening partner Quinton de Kock scored 46 off 27 deliveries. Tahir bowled three overs and conceded 22 runs.
