In the ongoing second unofficial Test match between India A and Australia A, India A started their innings at 223 for three at Alur. However, skipper Shreyas Iyer and Shubman Gill added 36 runs before losing their fourth wicket in the ongoing 2nd unofficial Test.

The wicket-keeper batsman Srikar Bharat played outstanding innings of 103 runs for his team. They were 328 for five before the lunch break was taken. Soon after the lunch break Australia A made the breakthrough of Krishnappa Gowtham. They lost their sixth wicket by adding 13 runs.

Meanwhile, Bharat along with Kuldeep Yadav added 113 runs partnership for their eighth wicket.

Bharat scored a brilliant century and India A post a score of 440 for seven before tea. However, in the second session of the third day, India lose their eighth wicket by just adding 43 runs. Kuldeep Yadav scored a valuable 52 runs and India A posted a total of 505 runs in their first innings. Australia A bowler Chris Tremain and Ashton Agar each bagged with three wickets.

Furthermore, Australia A was trailing by 159 runs in their second innings. The opening pair, Kurtis Patterson and Matt Renshaw couldn’t build up a steady partnership. A brilliant delivery from Krishnappa Gowtham struck the wicket of Kurtis Patterson and they lose their first wicket within the ninth over. Meanwhile, after addition of another 10 runs, Matt Renshaw gives a simple catch to Deepak Chahar off Nadeem’s delivery.

However, Travis Head and Peter Handscomb are still there at the crease and they put up a total of 38 runs for the loss of two wickets.

In the 2nd unofficial Test, India A bowlers Shahbaz Nadeem and Krishnappa Gowtham picked one wicket each. Australia A is trailing by another 121 runs in the second innings after the end of day 3.
