The Indian skipper Virat Kohli could not clear the cover fielder in the 32nd over of third ODI in India vs New Zealand 2019. Kohli had timed the ball to perfection but Henry Nicholls took a good catch while jumping in the air. Hitherto, Virat Kohli had scored his 49th ODI hundred and stroked a free-flowing knock of 60 runs. Kohli scored six fours and one six in his good knock.

In fact, Kohli scored two scores of 40s in the ongoing series. Meanwhile, Kohli has been rested for the remaining two One Day Internationals and the T20I series. Hence, Rohit Sharma is going to hold the captaincy reins in the remaining matches on the New Zealand tour. Kohli has been rested to manage his workload.
