With series at 2-1, India will look to take the honors whereas Windies will like to make a solid comeback after ignominious defeat of 224 runs. The hosts played like a potent side in the fourth ODI and would like to repeat their performance in the final ODI. Rohit Sharma scored a fine knock of 162 to blow away the visitors. Furthermore, Ambati Rayudu was able to come up with a good performance to end India’s middle order drought.

Meanwhile, India’s bowling was also able to back their batsmen. The Indian bowlers bowled with fire and Khaleel Ahmed was able to trouble the Windies batsmen. The southpaw pacer got the ball to swing both ways and also landed his deliveries in the corridor of uncertainty. Thus, Ahmed scalped three wickets and gave away only 13 runs in his five overs.

On the other hand, the Windies had punched above their weight in the first three ODIs of the series. However, they were utterly dominated by the Indian juggernauts in the previous match.

India played like a second-ranked team as they ticked the right boxes in the fourth ODI. Therefore, the hosts might not alter their playing combination.

Here is a look at Statistical Preview of Final ODI between India and Windies:
