IPL 2018: Danielle Wyatt Picks Her Favourite IPL Moment

England batswoman Danielle Wyatt has picked her favourite Indian Premier League (IPL )moment. The right-handed batter picked Virat Kohli’s run-scoring streak in 2016 as her best moment in the domestic professional league Twenty20 folklore.
The 29-year-old Kohli batted in a different league in the ninth edition of the IPL. Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper scored a truckload of runs in 2016 edition.
Delhi-based Kohli accumulated 973 runs at a staggering average of 81.08 to grab many eyeballs.

The right-hander scored his runs at a blistering strike rate of 152.03. Kohli scored four tons in that season. However, RCB finished as runners-up in the 2016 edition as Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) went on to win the trophy.
Meanwhile, Wyatt had represented Supernovas in the Women T20 Challenge game on Tuesday (May 22) in Mumbai The match was played at the Wankhede Stadium as Supernovas were able to win against Trailblazers by three wickets owing to the last-ball thriller.
When the women cricketers were asked to pick favourite IPL moments, they came up with their different respective choices.
Wyatt said while talking to ESPN, “It has to be the season where Virat Kohli scored all those runs. I am not sure how many hundreds he scored but I remember every game, how consistent he was and he kept on scoring and scoring runs”.
Meanwhile, most of the women players such as Alessa Healy, Ellyse Perry and many picked Brendon McCullum’s blistering knock in the first match of the IPL as their favourite moment.
In fact, Danielle Wyatt has always shown her admiration towards the Indian captain Kohli.
In addition, the England batswoman has always appreciated the consistency level of modern-day great Kohli.
