So, the deadline to announce the released players is set to hit the IPL franchises. Already, Chennai Super Kings had declared their released list of players while the other franchises are still playing the blindfold game. Meanwhile, the reports in Bangalore Mirror suggests the star players in international cricket might be on the released paper for IPL 2019.
Pandey, Stokes set to get released
Without any ray of the doubt, all the eyes would be on Manish Pandey. He has got a big price tag in IPL 2018 but unfortunately, couldn’t live up to the expectations. Probably, SRH will release him and would like to buy for a low price.
Other notable names on the paper would be Ben Stokes and Jaydev Unadkat. The duo failed to repeat their heroics in the tournament thus pushing the franchise to release them. However, they might use the other options to get them back in the side for a lower price if possible.

Delhi Daredevils is the cynosure of the eyes:
Delhi franchise has got the likes of Glenn Maxwell, Chris Morris, who bagged INR 9.6 crores and INR 11 crores, respectively. They would probably leave them and increase their budget for the auctions.
Another player in the mix is Gautam Gambhir. The recent reports suggest DD would like to part ways with him. However, his current form in domestic cricket is quite good, which might favour the southpaw.

Meanwhile, Chennai Super Kings have announced releasing Mark Wood of England and two uncapped players — Kshitiz Sharma and Kanishk Seth.
“We’ve retained all other players,” a CSK official said.
On the other hand, Kolkata Knight Riders left out Mitchell Starc. Perhaps, it is the right call, as Starc’s availability is always a mystery call. All in all, the whole set of the list is about to make its way sooner than later.
