Kuldeep Yadav Has Done Well, I Like Him: Saqlain Mushtaq

Kuldeep Yadav has emerged as a spin specialist for Team India overshadowing veteran Ravichandran Ashwin with the likes of his wrist-spinning partner Yuzvendra Chahal. During the lockdown, Yadav was constantly in touch with his coach and analysing his skills through video sessions. He had recently resumed his skill training in his home town.
The premier India spinner trained under the watchful eyes of his childhood coach Kapil Pandey at the local Rovers Ground in Lal Bangla area. is undergoing around five hours of training everyday. He begins with physical training in the morning and then returns in the evening to bowl in the nets. He also said that it has been a week that he has started training and should be fit to play competitive cricket in next few weeks.

“In shorter formats, Kuldeep Yadav has done really well. I like him a lot as he has got a big heart. I have spoken to him a few times as well and he seems to be a well-educated cricketer,” Saqlain told Cricket Pakistan.
Yadav has played six Tests, 60 ODIs and 21 T20Is for the national team. He has picked up over 150 international wickets at a decent average. India are scheduled to tour Australia for a Test series in December. He will be a vital cog for the visitors in their tour Down Under.
