MS Dhoni might be towards the fag end of his career but players want more of him. England wicket-keeper batsman Jos Buttler received MS Dhoni’s autographed jersey a few days ago and now Pandya brothers have got their hands on it. Hardik Pandya had also shared a hug with MS Dhoni ahead of the IPL 2020 fixture between CSK and Mumbai Indians.
The result might not have turned in Dhoni’s favour but moments like these make the match all the more special. The official twitter handle of IPL shared the picture of the Pandya brothers in all-smiles along with the MS Dhoni jersey.

In the match, CSK batting line-up registered a collapse as they were 71/8 before English all-rounder Sam Curran held the fort for his side and notched up a half-century. His 47-ball 52 runs knock was laced with four boundaries and two hits over the fence. Imran Tahir who remained unbeaten on 13 runs played a perfect second fiddle to him as they took the total to 114 runs.
In return, Mumbai Indians openers Ishan Kishan and Quinton de Kock chased down the partly total in 13 overs without breaking a sweat. Dhoni however mentioned that he will continue playing the rest of the matches in IPL 2020.
Dhoni made a big name for himself by making the country proud with his achievements after coming from the cricketing backwaters of Ranchi. He has achieved immense success as a player and also grew up to be one of the most successful captains and achieved almost everything the ICC tournaments had to offer.
All the success has made him one of the most influential person on the cricketing circuit but he was not the same when he was first introduced to the national team. Besides that, MS Dhoni has also been the go-to man for his teammates whenever he is on the field.
