New Zealand vs England: Williamson Fit, Taylor To Miss Third ODI

New Zealand skipper, Kane Williamson, has been declared fit to participate in the third ODI against England, to be played on March 3.
He missed the second ODI due to a hamstring injury. Tim Southee stood for him in the contest.
The regular skipper underwent a fitness test and passed it to make a comeback in the playing XI for the third ODI.

Ross Taylor, though, isn’t fit and will miss the third ODI.
He suffered a quad strain during the second ODI and had been deemed unfit to participate in the third ODI.
The team is hopeful of him coming back to the playing XI for the penultimate ODI.
His absence means that Mark Chapman, who made his ODI debut for New Zealand in second ODI, will keep his place in the playing XI.
He scored a solitary run in the second ODI.

New Zealand are expected to make no other changes apart from an unfit Taylor being replaced by Williamson.
England are also expected to go in with the winning combination.
The third ODI of the series will is played at Westpac Stadium, Wellington on March 3.
Both the teams have won one ODI each in the series out of two contests played till now.
In the first ODI, New Zealand chased down a target of 285 in the last over to open the series with a victory.
England, though, made a sudden comeback and posted a comfortable win in the second ODI by six wickets.
Ben Stokes was awarded Man of the Match in the second ODI he played after his return to international cricket.
