Rohit Sharma Wishes Yuzvendra Chahal on His 28th Birthday

In the last year or so, the Indian wrist spin bowling duo of Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav has taken the world by storm. They have bamboozled star batting line-ups with their immaculate line and length and variations in Nutshell.

The duo has literally shut the doors on Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja respectively. They are experienced campaigners with several matches up to their sleeve.

However, the current duo of Chahal and Kuldeep has given India the much-needed wickets in the middle overs.

The middle overs is considered the boring and equally important phase of the game. India has been able to seize the advantage owing to those moments.

Chahal has completed Kuldeep quite brilliantly. When the latter has taken wickets, Chahal has done the supporting role to perfection and vice versa. They will be a lethal duo for India if they harbour hopes of reclaiming the 50-over World Cup next year.

Chahal who has been a match winner for India in the limited-overs format celebrates his 28^th birthday on Monday (July 23).

All his teammates from the national team and Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore elsewhere took to their social media handle – to wish the leggie.

Moreover, his teammate Rohit hailed the young spinner Yuzvendra Chahal and wished him a very happy birthday.

“Wish you a great birthday little bro, may you continue to spin everyone into your web and impress one and all. And hope you find that missing tooth @yuzi_chahal. Much love RS,” he wrote on his Twitter handle.

Also, Rohit shares a good camaraderie with Chahal.

Rohit is a champion batsman for India in the limited-overs format. He smashed a couple of centuries against England in the limited-overs series.

However, Rohit has been dropped from the Test squad for England. He performed quite poorly in South Africa which led to his omission.
