The Indian cricket team is on a roll, as they sealed their third successive victory in the six-match ODI series against South Africa.
Left-hand batsman Suresh Raina, who will be joining the squad for the T20I series, congratulated the side for their dominating performance.

Kohli shines yet again
Skipper Virat Kohli notched up yet another ODI ton, as India made 303/6 in their allotted 50 overs. The 29-year old was at his best, hitting 12 fours and two maximums. He ran hard between the wickets and remained unbeaten on 160.
Opener Shikhar Dhawan looked solid, as he found the ropes on 12 occasions, scoring a quick-fire 76. South Africa in reply, failed to read Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal’s wristy work once again, as they floored for 179.

The spinners shared eight wickets between them, as the visitors clinched a 124-run win. India is very close to winning their maiden ODI series in the rainbow nation, and the hosts will look to make a positive comeback in the remaining three games to level the series.
Dhoni achieves special feat
Indian stumper and former captain MS Dhoni joined the elite list of wicketkeepers with 400 dismissals in ODI cricket. Raina tweeted,
“Dominating the ODIs is our
#TeamIndia! Congrats @imkuldeep18 and @yuzi_chahal on once again bamboozling the batsmen. Brilliant work. @msdhoni bhai congrats on crossing 400 dismissals in ODI cricket!”

Raina will be eager to make an impression in the later stage of this tour. He was in red-hot form during a domestic T20 tournament in India recently. He had earlier said it is the hard work that has brought success back to him.
“It was all belief and hard work. I never lost my confidence and kept working hard on my fitness as well as skills. I was always focused on my game and was waiting for some good opportunities,”.
