Explosive Indian opener, Shikhar Dhawan, has named the best Indian batsman in world cricket at the moment. Team India has always been recognised in world cricket for the amount of batting prowess they hold. India has produced a substantial amount of great batsman in world cricket who have gone on to set and break many records.

Shikhar Dhawan, himself, has been among the top three run-getters for India in recent years. His uprise since the ICC Champions Trophy 2013 has been humungous and nobody can shy away from the fact that Shikhar Dhawan has earned his seat for himself in the Indian team.

However, Shikhar Dhawan, a man who has had the opportunity to play with both the greats, had no hesitation in going for Virat Kohli as the best Indian batsman in world cricket.
