Former Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh recently took to his official Instagram account to share a video of a spinner whose bowling action was similar to him but he reckoned that the bowler was a better version of himself.

In the video, the bowler can be seen rotating his hands as many as five times before delivering the ball.

Harbhajan stated that while he does not know whether the ball will spin or not, but looking at the number of times he rotated his hands, his head definitely spun.

”Better version of me. Thank you @gagangujrals for sending me this. Ball pta nahi ghumegi ya nahi par ser ghoom gya” wrote Harbhajan Singh.

The bowler in the video is a local cricketer from Mahipalpur, Delhi- Tanuj Pawar.

Tanuj plays in tennis ball and leather ball tournaments and he is known for his unique style of batting. He is renowned for hitting sixes with one hand in tennis ball tournaments and some of his exploits have gone viral on social media in the past.

Meanwhile, Harbhajan Singh is celebrating the 20th anniversary of him becoming the first Indian bowler to claim a Test match hattrick.

Harbhajan claimed the feat on this very day in 2001 when he dismissed the likes of Ricky Ponting (LBW), Adam Gilchrist (LBW) and Shane Warne (caught at forwarding short-leg) on the first evening of what turned out to be a defining Test in the history of Indian cricket.

Harbhajan went from strength-to-strength post the hat-trick and ended up taking 32 wickets in just three games as India won the historic series 2-1.
