Virat Kohli Flaunts New Hairstyle Ahead of Sri Lanka Series

Indian cricketers are known for showing off many types of hairstyle. MS Dhoni, Sourav Ganguly and Sachin Tendulkar were at the cynosure of everyone’s eyes when they flaunted types of hairstyles. Now, the Indian captain was the latest one to join the league. The 31-year-old Virat Kohli showed off new hairstyle done by fashion stylist Aalim Hakim on Thursday ahead of the upcoming series against Sri Lanka.
It appears that Virat Kohli has turned out to be Hakim’s first high-profile client this new year and the leading hairstylist ensured that Virat Kohli looked flawlessly good. Virat Kohli took to his official Instagram handle and posted it. The picture received tremendous response from the fans and the post went viral in no time.
Time and again, Virat Kohli showed that he is the most consistent cricketer across formats. He ended 2019 with most international runs and this isn’t the first time that he has maintained this record. For the fourth year in a row, he has been the leading run-scorer in all formats of the game. He scored 2455 runs across formats in 2019. Recently, Indian cricket team signed off 2019 with a limited-overs series win over Kieron Pollard-led West Indies.
After ending 2019 on a high, Virat Kohli was spotted spending some time off the field with Anushka Sharma in Switzerland. Virat Kohli will get back to his business as the Men in Blue are scheduled to play 3 T20Is against Sri Lanka.

India have begun their preparations against Sri Lanka for the T20I series and the first match will be played on January 5, 2020 at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati. Following the home assignment against Sri Lanka, India will play 3 ODIs against Australia. The first ODI will be played at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on January 14.
With the ICC World T20 tourney set to take place this year later in October, India are expected to play as many 20-overs format games throughout the season. In the wake of Sri Lanka and Australia series, India will fly to New Zealand to play 5 T20Is and 3 ODIs.
