Indian skipper Virat Kohli is considered to be one of the finest batsmen in world cricket over the last decade or so. His consistency and improvement over the years have been tremendous, and he is widely regarded as the best batsman in world cricket currently.
However, when Virat Kohli began his career with the Indian team, like every other cricketer, had trouble in facing certain great bowlers of his era. Virat has recently revealed that Shane Warne was the guy who troubled him more often than not during his initial steps in international cricket.

Although Kohli and Warne never faced each other in international cricket, the two did cross paths in the IPL, and the Royal Challengers Bangalore batsman, who was still young at the time, recalled how he struggled to read the former Rajasthan Royals skipper.
Virat Kohli Heaps Praise On Shane Warne
“Shane Warne made me look like a fool during IPL in 2009. I played him again in 2011 in Rajasthan, nothing significant happened there. He did not get me out, I did not score many runs against him. After the match, he came up to me and said never say anything back to the bowler, but obviously I did not listen (laughs),” Kohli said.

Earlier, Shane Warne had revealed if he had to bowl to Virat Kohli, what would be his plan of action to dismiss the superstar of Indian cricket.
“I think the one thing you need to do with Virat, which is one thing teams don’t do enough of, is take away both sides of the wicket,” Warne had told ESPNCricinfo in March.
