On the Work Front:

After taking the much-needed rest in the recently-concluded Asia Cup 2018, Virat Kohli was back in the captaincy shoes against the Windies for the Test series. He successfully led the team to clean sweep the series as well.

It was expected that BCCI would continue his rest in limited-overs to see him fully fit for the series against Australia. However, it wasn’t the case, as BCCI asked him to lead the side in the first couple of ODI matches.
